摘要
工作满意度作为员工对于自身工作或工作经历的个体评价的一种心理状态,其程度直接影响员工的积极性、主动性和责任心,并决定员工在组织中的某些行为(如沉默、谏言、退出和忠诚等)。沉默行为和谏言行为是员工反应行为的常见形态和重要组成部分。基于相关概念的整合,并从情绪动机的方向性和表达的形式两个维度重新构建言表行为的分类模型,将有助于深化理解多样化的员工反应行为。实证研究表明,工作满意度与个体的感知和评价密切相关;并且,工作满意度越高,越容易引发员工的参与和谏言行为。
Job satisfaction is a personal emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or job experiences. It directly relates to the motivation, activity and responsibility of the employees, furthermore, kinds of conducts such as silence, voice, exit and loyalty are consequently influenced or decided by it. Silence and voice behaviors are the familiar forms and some importance parts of the diversified responses to job satisfaction. Based on integration of relevant concepts, according to two dimensions included the direction of emotional motive and the form of one' s expression, a new classifying model of general voice behaviors was built for a broader and deeper comprehension of diversified responses of the employees. Empirical research suggests that job satisfaction has to do with an individual' s perception and evaluation ; in addition, higher satisfaction, more participation and more voice behaviors could be triggered.
