一种多泡型多酶清洗剂预处理效果实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价一种多泡型多酶清洗剂的预处理效果。方法通过测定该预清洗剂的泡沫保持时间以及对羊血、人工模拟污染物和生物膜的去除效果来对其预处理效果进行综合评价。结果 200 ml多泡型多酶清洗剂的最大泡沫高度为129 mm,残余泡沫高度为124 mm;预处理组对羊血的平均去除率(98.48%)大于无预处理组(77.03%),预处理组对人工模拟污染物的平均去除率(98.52%)大于无预处理组(94.60%);预清洗剂对生物膜中细菌的去除率达到99.99%。结论该多泡型多酶清洗剂的泡沫性能较好;使用该预清洗剂对污染载体进行预处理,可提高对羊血和人工模拟污染物的清洗效率;该预清洗剂对生物膜的去除能力较好。 Objective To evaluate the pretreatment effect of one multi-enzymatic foaming detergent. Methods The test items were used to evaluate the pretreatment effect including the stability of foam,the removal rate of the sheep blood,simu-lated pollutants and biofilm. Results The maximum foam height of the multi-enzymatic foaming detergent was 129 mm, the residual foam height was 124 mm. The average removal rate to sheep blood of the pretreatment group (98. 48%) was higher than that of the no pretreatment group(77. 03%). The average removal rate to simulated pollutants of the pretreat-ment group (98. 52%)was higher than that of the no pretreatment group(94. 60%). The average removal rate to bacteria in the biofilm was 99. 99%. Conclusion The stability of foam of the multi-enzymatic foaming detergent is good. It can im-prove the cleaning effect to the sheep blood and simulated pollutants through the pretreatment using the multi-enzymatic foaming detergent. The removal rate of biofilm is good.
