激光解析质谱联合CHROMagar显色培养技术鉴定环境表面MRSA的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价激光解析质谱联合CHROMagar MRSA显色培养基在鉴定环境表面耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的应用价值。方法采用CHROMagar MRSA显色培养技术,对5家医院重症监护病房(ICU)环境表面现场采集的标本中MRSA进行培养鉴定。结果从CHROMagar MRSA显色培养基上获得573株可疑菌落,经MALDI-TOF-MS鉴定确认MRSA菌株147株,检出率为25.7%。同时用常规PCR方法和头孢西丁药敏试验验证确认MRSA菌株分别为145株和140株,符合率分别为98.6%和95.2%。结论 MALDI-TOF-MS技术联合CHROMagar MRSA显色培养基可作为更快速、更准确的MRSA筛查方法,适用于医院感染的快速诊断与防控。 Objective To estimate the performance of MALDI-TOF-MS combined with CHROMagar MRSA for identifi-cation of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated form environmental surfaces. Methods Samples of ICU sur-faces in five hospitals were collected and inoculated to CHROMagar MRSA,the suspect clones were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS,then the practical value of this technique was evaluated. Results 147 strains of MRSA were identified by MAL-DI-TOF-MS from 573 suspect clones with the detection rate of 25. 7%. 145(98. 6%)and 140(95. 2%)stains of MRSA were confirmed by multi -PCR and drug sensitive test respectively. Conclusion MALDI - TOF - MS combined with CHROMagar MRSA is a rapid and accurate method for MRSA screening in hospital environment,which can be applied to rapid diagnosis and prevention of hospital infection.
