ATP生物荧光法检测环境卫生标准值的建立与应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立生物荧光法检测医院环境卫生消毒标准值及其应用价值。方法通过医院环境表面现场标本采集和ATP生物荧光法检测,同时与细菌培养法作平行比较,以建立ATP生物荧光法检测医院环境表面消毒卫生标准值。结果将医院Ⅰ~Ⅳ类等4种不同区域表面采集的标本经ATP生物荧光法检测的RLU值和细菌培养法检测的菌落数进行比较,二者存在相关关系。确定Ⅰ~Ⅲ类环境中医务人员手和物体表面的RLU值依次为7与55;44与103;170与216。结论本研究确定了该医院4类环境中手和表面细菌数范围,并确认ATP生物荧光法与细菌培养法结果一致,建议医院临床开展卫生学监测中可参考本研究得出的RLU标准值。 Objective To establish biological fluorescence detection standard for disinfection of hospital environmental sanitation and to find its application value. Methods Through the hospital environmental surface sample collection and ATP biological fluorescence detection,at the same time with the bacterial culture method for parallel comparison,ATP bio-logical fluorescence detection standard for disinfection of hospital environmental sanitation was established. Results By comparing the RLU values detected by ATP biological fluorescence detection with the colony numbers detected by bacterial culture method,the samples collected from 4 different environmental surfaces of hospital I^IV class showed significant cor-relation. Therefore,the RLU value of hand and object surface of medical staff in class I to III environment was determined to be 7 and 55,44 and 103,170 and 216 respectively. Conclusion This study has determined the hospital number range of hands and bacteria on the surface of 4 kinds of environment,and has confirmed the ATP biological fluorescence detection and bacterial culture results. Therefore hospital clinical development of RLU standard reference to the studies in health mo-nitoring value was recommended.
