摘要
以葛根全粉为原粒,采用正交试验设计优化酶解反应体系参数,制备多孔葛根粉末,并经流化床制粒工艺得到多孔葛根颗粒,将所制备的多孔葛根颗粒添加到卷烟滤棒中可降低卷烟有害成分,改善卷烟感官品质.葛根全粉酶解制备多孔葛根粉末的最佳条件为:酶添加量0.8%,糖化酶与α-淀粉酶的质量比1∶1,p H=5.5,反应温度50℃,酶解时间16 h.流化床制粒配方为:选取粒径>80目的酶解多孔葛根粉末作为制粒原料;m羧甲基淀粉钠∶m羧甲基纤维素=3∶5,浓度为8%的复配溶液作为制粒粘结剂.
Orthogonal test was investigated to optimize conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis for Pueraria with pueraria whole powder as material. Porous pueraria granule was prepared by fluid-bed granulation technology. The optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were determined as enzyme concentration 0.8% ,the mass ratio of glucoamylase and a-amylase was 1 : 1, pH value was 5.5, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, and hydrolysis time was 16 h. Formulation factors of fluidized bed granulation processing were as follows:particle size of nficro-porous starch was larger than 80 mesh as granulating material, and the optimized binder formulation con- tained 3 wt% sodium carboxymethyl starch and 5 wt% Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose mix solution. The pre- pared porous pueraria granule was added to cigarette filter rod to reduce the harmful ingredients in cigarette smoke and improve the cigarette sensory quality.
