大型体育赛事生态补偿机制研究

On the Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Large Scale Sports Events

构建大型体育赛事生态补偿机制是解决我国各类大型体育赛事生态环境问题、实现体育事业"绿色发展"的一种创新手段。采用文献资料等研究方法,在分析2000—2016年我国举办的大型体育赛事特征的基础上,探讨构建大型体育赛事生态补偿机制的必要性;结合行为主体的行为逻辑关系识别生态补偿机制的补偿与受偿主体,在此基础上对生态补偿原则、生态补偿标准以及生态补偿方式进行设计,构建大型体育赛事生态补偿机制的基本框架;最后提出了确定生态补偿机制的合法地位,建立生态补偿资金链以及提高监督与反馈机制的有效性等对策,旨在促进大型体育赛事生态补偿机制的有序进行以及生态环境的可持续发展。

Constructing the ecological compensation mechanism of large-scale sports events is an innovative way to solve the ecological environment problems of all kinds of large-scale sports events in China, and to realize the ＇ green development＇ of sports. By means of literature research, the basic characteristics of major sports events held in China in 2000 to 2016, the a- nalysis on the necessity of building large-scale sports ecological compensation mechanism ; combined with the repayment of the principal compensation behavior logic relation identification of ecological compensation mechanism of the behavior main body, on the basis of the principle of ecological compensation, ecological compensation and the standard of ecological com- pensation design, setting up the basic frame of the large-scale sports event ecological compensation mechanism; Finally de- termine the legal status of ecological compensation mechanism, ecological compensation funds chain and improve supervision and feedback mechanism of the effectiveness of countermeasures, in order to promote the orderly conduct of the ecological compensation mechanism of large scale sports events, and the ecological environment sustainable development to provide the theory basis.
