摘要
与传统现场施工的建筑工程模式相比,基于PC构件的装配式建筑具有施工周期短、节约劳动力及节能减排、绿色环保等优势。且PC构件结构性能良好、表面光洁度高,防火性能也更优良,因此以PC构件为基础的装配式建筑成为我国建筑工业发展的重要方向。在不断完善建筑配件标准体系的基础上,采用工业化的生产方式,提高住宅的质量与生产效率。
Compared with the traditional on-site construction building engineering model, based on PC architecture assembly member having a short construction period, labor-saving and energy-saving, environmental protection and other advantages.PC member structure and good performance, indicating that high-quality finish, fire performance is more excellent.Therefore, PC-based member of the assembly building has become an important direction of China's construction industry. That is contimuous improvement in construction accessories standard system based on the use of industrial methods of production, improve the quality and productivity of residence.
