摘要
工程项目管理中的成本控制,一般指在成本的形成过程中,对需耗费的人力、物力、其他费用开支进行适当指导、监督、限制及调节,从而及时有效地纠正将要或已发生的问题,把各项开支控制在计划成本范围以内,从而保证成本目标的实现。文章讨论目前工程项目管理中的成本控制存在的问题,并提出一些解决办法。
Management project cost control in general it refers to the formation of the cost, the need for the cost of manpower, material and other expenses, proper guidance and supervision, restrictions and regulation, thus timely and effective to rectify the problem, or has occurred, the control of the expenditures within the planned cost range to ensure the realization of cost targets.We are trying to discuss the current project management cost control problems and propose some solutions.
