亚高温全身热疗在癌性疼痛患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Sub-high Temperature Body Heattreatment for the Cancer Ache Patients

目的探讨亚高温全身热疗在癌性疼痛患者中的临床应用。方法选取在惠州市第六人民医院肿瘤内科住院的癌症疼痛患者127例,根据患者病情、患者及家属要求,分为化疗组及非化疗组,其中:化疗组68例,随机分为热疗+化疗组36例,单纯化疗组32例;非化疗组59例,随机分为热疗+对症治疗组31例,单纯对症治疗组28例。结果在疼痛治疗方面,化疗组与非化疗组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在KPS评分方面,化疗组与非化疗组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚高温全身热疗在癌症疼痛治疗方面有一定的疗效,可以减轻患者痛苦,改善生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of sub-high temperature body heattreatment in patients enduring cancerous pain. Methods Selecting 127 cases of hospitalized patients with cancerous pain in the Department of Medical Oncology of The Sixth People＇s Hospital of Huizhou. According to the status of patients and the requirements of the patients and their families, they could be divided into c hemotherapy group and non-chemotherapy group. Chemotherapy group is composed of 68 cases, and they were randomly divided into thermotherapy in combination with chemotherapy group （36 cases）, and pure chemotherapy group （32 cases）. While non-chemotherapy group could be randomly divided into hyperthermia in combination with symptomatic treatment group （31 cases）, and pure symptomatic treatment group （28 cases）. Results In pain treatment, P values of chemotherapy group and non-chemotherapy group are both less than 0.05. The differences are significant. While in the aspect of KPS, P values of chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy group are both less than 0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion Sub-high temperature body heattreatment has a certain effect on the treatment of cancerous pain. It can reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of their life. So it is worthy of clinical use.
