石河子社区糖尿病高危人群血脂异常及相关危险因素分析

Analysis of Dyslipidemia and Related Risk Factors in High Risk Population of Diabetes in Shihezi Community

目的分析石河子社区糖尿病高危人群血脂异常的患病率及相关危险因素。方法采用随机抽样方法,依据《中国糖尿病防治指南》中的糖尿病高危人群筛查标准,在石河子市13个社区中随机抽取年龄≥40岁且无糖尿病病史居民443名。并对该人群展开问卷调查,体格检查及血生化检查,比较血脂正常组和血脂异常组的相关临床信息及生化指标,采用Logistic回归分析影响血脂异常的相关危险因素。结果血脂异常患病率为73.4%,单纯性血脂异常者占29.3%,混合型血脂异常者占44.1%。二分类变量Logistic回归分析,高血压、吸烟、WC、HC、Hb A1c、FPG、BMI均为血脂异常的危险因素,规律运动为其保护因素。结论石河子社区糖尿病高危人群血脂异常患病率较高,与肥胖、高血压、高血糖、吸烟等因素相关,而规律运动可降低血脂异常的发生。因此,有必要对该人群进行早期健康管理,以降低糖尿病发病率,减少血脂异常风险及心血管事件风险。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of dyslipidemia and its relative risk factors of the patients with high risk of diabetes in Shihezi Community. Methods According to the ＂Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes＂, random sampling method was used to select 443 subjects 40 years old or above with no history of diabetes residents from 13 communities. Questionnaire survey on the population, physical examination and blood biochemical examination was used, clinical and biochemistry indicators between objects with normal and abnormal serum lipid level were compared. Logistic regression analysis of related risk factors of dyslipidemia was used to analysis this data. Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 73.4%, simple dyslipidemia accounted for 29.3%, and mixed dyslipidemia accounted for 44.1%. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, smoking, WC, HC, HbAlc, FPG and BMI were the risk factors of dyslipidemia, and regular exercise was the protective factor. Conclusion Prevalence of dyslipidemia of subjects with high-risk of diabetic in Shihezi Community was high. Obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia and smoking were the relative factors, while regular exercise could reduce the occurrence of dislipidimia. Therefore, the early health management is necessary to reduce the incidence of diabetes and decrease the risk of dyslipidemia and risk of cardiovascular event.
