中国与哈萨克斯坦粮食贸易与合作:现状和障碍

Sino-Kazakhstani Grain Trade and Cooperation:Status Quo and Obstacles

中国与哈萨克斯坦有开展粮食贸易和合作的基础。但中国从哈萨克斯坦进口粮食的规模小、连续性差,对哈萨克斯坦粮食市场资源的利用程度较低。为此,本文在研究哈萨克斯坦粮食生产、消费、贸易以及中哈粮食贸易现状的基础上,对中国与哈萨克斯坦开展粮食贸易及合作中存在的主要障碍展开分析,并结合当前"一带一路"建设背景提出具有针对性的对策建议。

China's import of grain from Kazakhstan ischaracterized by small volume,instability and inefficient use of grain market resource in Kazakhstan despite the fact that the basis for grain trade and cooperation is favorable. Analyzing major obstacles to grain trade and cooperation,this paper is concluded with policy proposals against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative construction, based on a study into the status quo of Kazakhstan's grain production, consumption, and trade as well as Sino-Kazakhstani grain trade and cooperation.
