齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机温度场分析

摘要 为了分析齿谐波励磁的混合励磁永磁同步发电机中齿谐波磁场的利用对其温升的影响,推导了该类发电机二维温度场计算模型,提出采用Maxwell和Fluent软件相结合的方法对发电机温度场进行计算,应用Maxwell软件建立发电机损耗计算模型,准确计算其定、转子铁耗及永磁体涡流损耗,并结合定、转子铜损耗及机械损耗,以此作为发电机热源导入Fluent软件对其进行热分析,得到了定、转子温度分布云图,可以清晰地看出发电机截面的温度分布情况。仿真结果表明:发电机内温度主要集中在定转子铁心内部和绕组处,与实际情况吻合,验证了温度场计算方法的正确性。 To analyze the impact on temperature rise caused by the tooth harmonics filed applied in hybrid excitation permanent magnet synchronous generator utilizing tooth harmonics for the excitation,a mathematical model for two-dimensional temperature filed was deduced. A mix of Maxwell and Fluent software was employed to calculate the temperature filed of the generator,where Maxwell software was adopt to model computation for generator loss. The iron losses of stator and rotor could be generated precisely,and imported into fluent software combining with the copper losses of those,as generator sources of heat. Furthermore,the temperature contours of stator and rotor were obtained with the help of thermal analysis for the generator,where the temperature distribution of the generator section was presented clearly. Simulation results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed method i. e. the temperature of the generator mainly concentrated in internal iron cores of stator and rotor and winding with the practical case.
