电动汽车用开关磁阻电机温度场分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 对一台电动汽车用110 k W水冷式12/8极开关磁阻电机工作时的温度场进行数值分析,为其在实际应用中提供可靠理论依据。利用Solid Works软件建立了开关磁阻电机三维实体模型;采用ANSYS Maxwell软件计算了电机在额定状态下的铜耗和铁耗,确定了损耗热源;借助有限元方法对电机三维磁热耦合仿真模型进行了数值分析计算,深入分析了额定运行状态时的电机温度场分布规律。分析结果表明,在额定工况下,电机内部温度符合电机的热设计要求,为该类电机应用在电动汽车上提供了可靠的理论依据。 A reliable theoretical basis for the practical application for electric vehicle by assigning a numerical value to the working temperature field of a 110 k W water-cooling switched reluctance motor( 12-slot 8-pole). The 3D model of the switched reluctance motor was established based on Solid Works software. By using ANSYS Maxwell software,this paper calculated the copper loss and iron loss of the motor in rated condition to ensure the loss of heat; By using the finite element method,numerical analysis and calculation had been done for 3D motor Magnetic-thermal coupling simulation model,motor working in rated condition temperature field distribution had been deeply analyzed. Analysis results show that: under the rated conditions,internal temperature of the motor conforms to the requirements of the thermal design of the motor. The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for this class motor applied in electric vehicle.
