摘要
通过对泰国SKIC锅炉项目中的一次冷风道的数值模拟,分析了布置空间有限时复杂烟风道结构中的速度场分布以及内部密集设置的导流板对流场的影响。研究结果表明:该结构复杂一次冷风道中速度场分布极不均匀,存在局部速度较高的问题,且密集布置的导流板并没有起到改善流场的作用,相反地加剧了速度分布的不均匀程度。
The velocity distribution in complex flue gas ducts and air ducts when layout space is limited and the effect on flow field caused by the deflectors densely arranged inside were analyzed via numerical simulation of the cold primary air ducts of Thailand SKIC boiler project. Results show that the distribution of velocity field is extremely uneven and the local velocities are high in the cold primary air ducts with continuous diameter changes and / or split flow structures, and instead of improving flow field, the densely arranged deflectors aggravate the heterogeneity of velocity distribution.
