摘要
以上海锅炉厂有限公司设计生产的某电厂1 000MW超超临界塔式锅炉为研究对象。3号机组自投产以来,燃用设计煤种的情况下,飞灰、灰渣含碳量分别约为5%、20%,影响了机组的经济性。为了降低未燃尽碳热损失,可以从锅炉运行情况着手,分析对比设计情况,找出切实可行的措施,实现锅炉的安全、经济、稳定运行。
The 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler designed and produced by SBWL in one power plant is the research object in this paper. Since the 3rd unit put into production, the unburned carbon in fly ash and slag is 5% and 20% under the condition of burning design coal, which damaged the economy of the unit. To reduce the unburned carbon loss, measures need be found and carried out by analyzing the operation situation and comparing with the design condition. Thus, the boiler can be operate securely, economically, and stably.
