摘要
手提电脑充电器PCB存在着上锡不合格、断路、短路和阻焊层脱落等问题,会影响焊接质量和特性,文章研究了PCB关联设计以及生产工艺中各工程对其质量的影响,有针对性的进行改进,降低不合格率,提高充电器的质量。
PCB of portable computer charger has problems, such as oxidation, open circuit, short circuit and the green ink off, which will influence the quality and characteristics of welding. This paper studies the impact of the design associated with PCB and production technology for its quality, and improves these factors, reduces the failure rate, improves quality of charger.
