BFRP筋材与水泥基材料粘结性能及极限拉拔力试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 用68个中心拉拔试件试验研究了不同直径BFRP筋材与水泥基材料的粘结性能,并进行了2组多束BFRP筋材锚杆现场拉拔试验。试验结果表明,BFRP筋材与砂浆粘结强度一般大于4.5 MPa,锚杆设计时,BFRP筋材锚杆与砂浆的粘结强度标准值可取4.0 MPa,设计值可取2.0 MPa。多束BFRP筋材组成锚杆时,平均单根锚杆极限抗拔力约为筋材极限抗拔力的77.3%~82.1%。采用BFRP筋材替代钢筋锚杆,可根据极限抗拔力,按等强度替代原则进行设计。试验结果为BFRP锚杆设计提供了必要的参数。 In this paper,68 test specimens were pulled out in center for studying the bond property between varying diameters BFRP rebars and cement-bases materials, and 2 multi-beam BFRP rebar bolts were pulled out in field. The result shows that the bond strength between BFRP rebars and mortar is more than 4.5MPa generally,and the strength standard value is recommended 4. 0 MPa,while the design reliable value is 2. 0 MPa. The ultimate pullout capacity of each bolt of multi-beam BFRP rebar bolts is about 77. 3% -82. 1% of the ultimate pullout capacity of BFRP rebars. Based on the ultimate pullout capacity and with the principle of equal strength replacement, the steel anchors can be replaced by BFRP rebars. Necessary parameters are provided to the design BFRP rebar anchors by the results of the experiment.
