生态文明建设的多层次模糊综合评价

Multi-level fuzzy evaluation to ecological civilization construction

研究了我国生态文明的多层次综合评价问题,总结了现有的综合评价指标体系,并运用灰色粗糙集对现有指标体系进行筛选,在不削弱指标内容的前提下,成功将原有25个指标减少为10个指标,大幅降低了评价的复杂度。然后,运用层次分析法计算了各指标权重,并运用模糊综合评价法对我国的生态文明建设水平进行了评价,结果表明我国生态文明建设目前处于一般水平。最后依据评价结果,并结合具体情况提出了加快我国生态文明建设的建议措施。

In this article ,the multi-layer fuzzy evaluation of ecological civilization is discussed. The present evaluation system has been summarized, and the method of rough grey sets is used to screen out the index system. On the premise of not weaken the influence of indexes,the 25 indexes are decreased to 10, which dramatically reduces the difficulty of evaluation, at the same time increases the accuracy. Then method of AHP is used to calculate weights of all indexes, and the multi-fuzzy comprehensive method is taken to evaluate the level of ecological civilization in China, and the result shows that the level is ＂ordinary＂. Finally, according to the evaluation results, taking the specific circumstance into consideration, suggestions about how to solve this situation are carried out.
