摘要
针对目前库房环境安全实时性差、传输距离短、传输效率低等问题,提出了基于以太网的智能库房监控系统上位机设计方案。运用Socket套接字技术,通过以太网与下位机监控模块实时通信,并以SQL Server数据库实现数据的保存与处理。系统能同时监控多个库房,实现对库房的温度、湿度、二氧化碳、臭氧、粉尘等参数和各设备状态的实时监测。技术人员可通过实时显示和历史查询界面,随时监控现场区域的环境情况。通过控制界面,设置控制策略。当库房环境参数出现异常时,系统自动启动报警机制,向下位机动态发送控制指令,自动开启执行机构解除警报。经测试、系统稳定、实时性高、简单实用、实现了对库房安全实时监测与控制的功能。
In view of problems with warehouse environment security such as poor real-time performance, short transmission distance and low transmission efficiency, this paper puts forwards a design scheme for the upper computer in the intelligent warehouse monitoring system based on Ethernet. The socket technology is used so that the Ethernet can communicate with the monitoring module of the lower computer on a real-time hasis, and the SQL Server database is used as storage medium for data storage and processing. The system can simultaneously monitor several warehouses to achieve real-time survey of warehouse parameters, such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, ozone and dust as well as equipment status. Technical personnel can monitor environmental conditions in the field at any time through real-time display and history inquiry interface. The control strategy is set via the control interface. In case of abnormal environmental parameters of the warehouses, the system will automatically start the alarm mechanism, send control commands dynamically to the lower computer, and automatically start the implementation mechanism to cancel the alarm. Test results show that this system is stable, highly real-time, simple and practical, and can perform the function of real-time monitoring and control over warehouse security.
