摘要
原油通过管道输送具有能耗少、输量大、运费少的特点。含蜡原油在管道输送过程中,蜡沉积会使管道流通面积减小导致摩阻增大,但由于蜡层的保温作用,热损失会减小。以总运行费用为目标函数,建立清管周期与总运行费用之间的清管周期模型。用此模型通过C语言编程确定最佳清管周期,绘制曲线图分析埋地管道地温、日输量、燃料油价格对总运行费用随清管后时间的变化规律。
Crude oil by pipeline has the characteristics of low energy consumption,large throughput and low cost of freight.In the process of pipeline for waxy crude oil,the wax deposition can reduce pipeline flow area,which results in the increase of friction loss but for heat preservation effect of wax layer,heat loss tends to decrease. Regard the total operation cost as objective function,pigging cycle model between pigging cycle and total operation cost were established. Using this model by C language programming,the best pigging cycle was determined,the change rule of temperature of buried pipeline,throughput and fuel prices on total operation cost with time after pigging was drawn diagram and analyzed.
