摘要
长输保温管道在运行中,补口处管体可能出现严重腐蚀现象。通过分析目前长输保温管道主要的补口结构类型以及运行中出现的问题,分析某长输保温管道的检测数据,结合现场开挖验证情况,研究补口失效原因,并提出一种保温管道补口修复结构。研究表明:长输保温管道补口失效的主要原因为防护层密封失效进水。提出一种"粘弹体+聚氨酯泡沫(现场发泡)+热烤压敏带"补口修复密封结构,并将该结构在某长输保温管道上进行了300余处补口修复应用,效果良好。
Repairing pipe bady may exist serious corrosion phenomena in operation of long-distance thermal insulated pipelines.The types of repairing structure for long-distance thermal insulated pipelines and problems arisen in running at present were researched.The reasons for repairing sturcture of one long-distance thermal insulated pipeline were studied by analyzing the data of outside detection and in-line inspection( ILI). In combination with field excavation verification,repairing sturcture failure reason was researched and a kind of thermal insulation pipe joint repairing structure was put forward. The results show that the mainly reason for repairing sturcture failure of long-distance thermal insulated pipeline is protective layer seal failure and water leakage. A kind of joint repairing structure"viscoelastic body anticorrosive tap + polyurethane foam( on-site forming) + pressure sensitive adhesive tap"is put forward. More than 300 joints of one long-distance thermal insulated pipeline is repaired by this structure,which received good results.
