川气东送支线清管难点分析及对策

Difficulty Analysis and Countermeasures in Pigging of Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Branch Pipeline

为安全高效应对川气东送南京支线清管过程中产生的风险,文中首先对该管段内检测前清管进行了风险分析,归纳出了难点问题。在难点对策的实践过程中,以清管器为突破点,通过清管器的选择、发球方案的制定、效果分析等实践总结分析,最终对过程中带耐磨钉的清管器和MV特殊清管器应用进行评价,为该类管道上的清管策略选择和难点应对提供参考。

In order to safely and effectively deal with the risks in the pigging process of Sichuan-East gas transmission Nanjing branch pipeline,the risk analysis of the pigging before pipe internal inspection was carried out,then the difficult problems were summarized. In the pratical process of difficulty countenmeasures,with the pigs as breakthrough point,practice including the choice of the pigs,consultation of the serve a ball and effect analysis were summarized and analyzed. In the end,the application of the pigs with resistant nail and magnetic vehicle special pigs were evaluated,which gives some reference for the same pipeline in getting right choice of pigging strategy and cope with the difficulty.
