摘要 根据导弹装备研制过程中所面临风险的实际特点,从现实需求出发,建立了导弹研制风险评估流程及指标体系。针对风险评估中的定性评估指标所具有的灰性特点,为解决不同类型定性、定量指标统一标准化问题,提出了一种基于多层次灰色系统理论的风险评估模型,研究实例表明:该模型具有一定的应用价值。 According to the actual characteristics of risk faced by the development of missile and the reality demands,the risk assessment process and assessment model of developing missile were studied. Aiming at the gray characteristic of the qualitative evaluation indexes for risk assessment, and to solve the standardization problem of different qualitative and quantitative indexes,a risk assessment model based on multilevel grey system theory was established. Research instance showed that the model had a certain application value.
