金针菇菌糠配制波尔山羊羔羊全混合颗粒日粮研究

Study on the total mixed ration prepared mushroom bran for Boer goast

本试验对利用金针菇菌糠配制山羊全混合颗粒日粮进行了研究。选择2月龄左右,断奶波尔山羊32只,随机分为4组(组间差异不显著,P>0.05),每组8只。分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、金针菇菌糠添加量10%(1组)、20%(2组)、30%(3组)的全混合颗粒日粮。结果表明:(1)各组间平均日增重没有显著差异(P>0.05),羔羊平均日增重均达到120 g以上,增重饲料成本均低于11.35元/kg,并且以金针菇菌糠添加量为10%时效果最佳。各试验组血清尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶均高于对照组,有升高趋势,并且金针菇菌糠使用量在20%以上时,谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶较对照组差异显著(P<0.05),分别提高41.7%和29.3%。;血清总蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸等均低于对照组,有降低趋势;血清中甘油三酯高于对照组,有上升趋势。总之,金针菇菌糠可作为优质粗饲料资源用于山羊全混合饲料开发,但使用量不宜过大。

The experiment on the total mixed ration prepared with mushroom bran was studied.A total of 32 goats with two months old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replications of 1 each（difference between the groups was not significant,P 〉 0.05）.Sheep in each group were fed the basal diet （CK）,mushroom bran amount of 10% （group 1 ）, 20%（group 2）,30%（group 3） total mixed ration particles.The results showed than：（ 1 ）the average daily gain （ADG） was no significant difference among the groups （P 〉 0.05 ）, ADG of the lamb reached to 120 g,weight gain feed cost less than 11.35 yuan/kg,and the group adding 10% mushroom bran had the best performance. （2）Each test serum urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase were higher,there was an increasing trend ,but the needle mushroom bran usage for more than 20% ,the aspertate aminotransferase/ah was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）,increased by 41.7% and 29.3% ,respectively ;total serum protein ,globulin were lower and the serum triglycerides was higher than that of the control group ; total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and three free triiodothyronine were lower than that of the control group,there was a downward trend. In conclusion,the mushroom bran can be used as high-quality forage re- sources for the development of goat whole mixed feed ,but usage is not too large.
