摘要
课堂管理是课堂教学的基础,是影响课堂效能的首要因素。课堂管理能帮助实习教师有效完成教学任务、提高教学质量、融洽师生关系,更具有生成实践知识、提升自我效能、强化内省自律等多方面的特殊价值。实习教师要做到有效管理课堂,可以尝试硬性管理与柔性管理相结合、个别管理与小组管理相结合、有声语言与无声语言相结合等策略。
Classroom management is the basis of classroom teaching and the first factor to affect classroom efficiency. Classroom management not only has universal values which help the student teachers complete teach- ing task, improve teaching quality and relationship between teachers and students, but also has special value to generate more practical knowledge, enhance self-efficacy, and strengthen introspection self-discipline aspects. To do effective classroom management, student teachers can try strategies which combine rigid management with flexible management, individual management with team management, and verbal management with nonverbal management.
