中国高等教育资源区域配置公平问题探讨及建议

Discussion and Sugge Suggestion on the Equity of Regional Allocation ofstion Higher Education Resources in China

随着中国改革开放至今,社会产业转型对人才的需求逐年增长。对于这一需求,国家从1999年开始进行高校扩招,高等教育进入了一个大众化时期,高等教育的公平性问题也日益严重。高等教育资源配置公平是保障高等教育公平的基础。地方社会经济差异与高等教育资源配置制度的缺失,引起高等教育资源区域配置不均衡,高等教育院校之间教育资源不均衡问题,导致高等教育过程不公平,影响着国家高等教育整体质量的提升。通过对高等教育资源配置不均衡问题进行分析,从促进教育公平角度提出优化建议。

Ever since reform and opening up in China, social transformation and industry demand for talent increased year by year, for which the government began to enlarge college enrollment in 1999, marking the start of a popularization of higher education. Thus the fairness of higher education is becoming more and more seri- ous. Fair allocation of resources for higher education is the basic guarantee of fair higher education. Because of social economic differences and lack of resource allocation system, higher education resources are unbalanced, which causes unfair higher education process, and affects the overall quality of national higher education. This paper, through the analysis of the reasons for the imbalance of the allocation of higher education resources, puts forward the optimization suggestions from the perspective of promoting educational equity.
