应用型酒店管理专业本科生实习对职业承诺的影响研究——基于典型个案的质性探索

摘要 随着地方高校酒店管理本科专业向应用型方向调整,其学生实习体验与未来职业承诺之间的影响决定校企专业实习高层次合作方向、应用型本科专业课程教学重组思路以及地方酒店行业人才培养发展趋势。研究通过对15名酒店管理本科学生进行半结构化深度访谈,将访谈文本进行编码分析,在3大域和所属类别方面形成典型个案化的质性结论,据此为发挥应用型酒店管理本科学生实习对对口就业的积极作用,提升本科生的职业承诺以及未来职场发展潜力提出相应参考。 With Hotel Management major become application - oriented in local universities, the impact of student internship on career commitment determines the direction of high-level school-enterprise cooperation, teaching restructuring of Applied Bachelor Programs and local talents cultivation development. This study conducts a semi-structure and in-deep interview on 15 Hotel Management students of 4-year program, further coding and analyzing the interview texts to reach a quality-approach conclusion of 3 domains and their categories in the process of case-contextualizing. The aim of research is to play a positive role in counterpart employment after internship, raise a higher level of 4-year students career commitment and explore the career potential in Hotel Management industry.
