云南“直过民族”学生学习动机不足的原因及策略分析 被引量:2

摘要 "直过民族"特指新中国成立后,未经民主改革,直接由原始社会过渡到社会主义社会的民族。将关于学习动机的研究推广到"直过民族"学生中,描述了"直过民族"学生学习动机不足的具体表现,并从学生自身、家庭、学校和社会四个方面分析了导致民族学校学生学习动机不足的原因。针对问题,提出了激发学生学习动机的方法,以期转变民族学校学生的学习态度、激发其学习兴趣、提高学习动机,帮助其获得较高的学业成就。 "Transitional Ethnic Groups" means the people who are transformed directly from primitive society to socialist society without democratic reform since the founding of new China. This paper focuses on the learning motivation of the junior middle school students of "transitional ethnic groups", describing the detailed manifestation of their lack of learning motivation and analyzing the reasons from the perspectives of the students and families as well as the schools and even the society. Based on the problems, this paper brings up some methods to stimulate the students' learning moti- vation to improve their learning attitude and learning motivation in order to help them gain higher aca- demic achievements.
