正交实验优选板栗壳棕色素超声提取工艺及其抗氧化性研究 被引量:5

Optimization on Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Brown Pigment from Chestnut Shells by Orthogonal Experiment and Its Antioxidant Activity

摘要 以棕色素提取率为考核指标,采用正交实验优化了板栗壳棕色素的超声提取工艺,并通过体外亚油酸抗氧化性实验及还原性实验研究了板栗壳棕色素的抗氧化性。结果表明:当乙醇体积分数为40%、固液比为1∶30(g∶mL)、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为70min、提取次数为2次时,板栗壳棕色素提取率可达10.32%;当板栗壳棕色素浓度在1.8mg·mL^(-1)以上时,其还原能力与维生素C相当;所提取板栗壳棕色素具有较强的抗氧化性,且随着浓度的增大,抗氧化性逐渐增强。超声提取板栗壳棕色素具有省时、高效的优点。 Using extraction rate of brown pigment as an evaluation index,the ultrasonic extraction process of brown pigment from chestnut shells was optimized by an orthogonal experiment.The antioxidant activity of brown pigment from chestnut shells was studied by linoleic acid antioxidant in vitro experiment and reduction experiment.Results indicated that,when the volume fraction of ethanol was 40%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30(g∶mL),extraction temperature was 80℃,extraction time was 70 min,extraction times was twice,the extraction rate of brown pigment from chestnut shells could reach 10.32%.When the concentration of brown pigment from chestnut shells was above 1.8mg·mL-1,its reduction ability was the same as that of vitamin C.The extracted brown pigment from chestnut shells had a strong antioxidant activity,and its antioxidant activity increased with the increasing of concentration of brown pigment.Ultrasonic extraction process of brown pigment from chestnut shells is timesaving and efficient.
