磷脂酰胆碱代谢产物氧化三甲胺与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 目前研究表明脂类在肠道微生物中的代谢可能与动脉粥样硬化相关,磷脂酰胆碱水平升高与心血管疾病的发生风险呈正相关,可能与磷脂酰胆碱在肠道菌群的作用下生成氧化三甲胺有密切关系。本文详细阐述了氧化三甲胺与心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化和高血压等心血管疾病的关系。 The metabolism of lipid in intestinal microorganisms is related to atherosclerosis. High level of phosphatidylcholine is positively correlated with risk of cardiovascular diseases. Trimethylamine oxide is a metabo- lite of phosphatidylcholine with the action of intestinal bacteria; it may play a role in occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. This article explored relations among trimethylamine oxide, heart failure, atherosclero- sis and hypertension.
