戈壁砂和棒磨砂骨料充填料浆管输特性试验 被引量:7

Experiment on Pipeline Characteristics of Filling Slurry of Gobi Sand and Rod-mill Sand Aggregates

摘要 基于利用戈壁砂替代棒磨砂骨料来降低充填采矿成本的目的,开展两种骨料充填料浆管道输送特性试验。首先进行戈壁砂和棒磨砂两种骨料的粒径级配分析,结果显示两种充填骨料的粒径级配基本相同。然后采用L管试验装置,对两种骨料的充填料浆进行流变特性对比试验。结果表明:在相同条件下,当质量浓度小于82%,两种骨料充填料浆流变特性不存在本质上的差异;当料浆质量浓度大于82%时,戈壁砂充填料浆流变特性优于棒磨砂;当充填管径大于130mm时,两种骨料充填料浆流变特性基本相同;当充填管径小于130mm和质量浓度小于82%时,戈壁砂充填料浆流变特性优于棒磨砂。由试验结果可知,当料浆质量浓度小于82%和管径小于130mm的管道输送条件下,戈壁砂替代棒磨砂充填料浆的管输特性没有变化。采用高浓度和大管径管道输送时,戈壁砂充填料浆更有利于管道输送。由此表明,金川矿山充填采矿中利用廉价的戈壁砂替代棒磨砂骨料,能够降低充填成本,提高充填采矿经济效益。 In order to reduce the filling mining cost by using Gobi sand to replace rod-mill sand aggregate,an experiment on the pipeline characteristics of two kinds of filling slurry was carried out.First,the particle size gradation of Gobi sand and rod-mill sand aggregates was analyzed.The results show that the particle size gradation of the two kinds of filling aggregates is basically the same.Then a comparison experiment on filling slurry rheological properties of the two kinds of aggregates was conducted by using the L tube test apparatus.The results show that under the same conditions,there is no fundamental difference in the rheological properties of filling slurry between Gobi sand and rod-mill sand aggregates when the slurry mass concentration is less than 82%.But when the slurry mass concentration is greater than 82%,the rheological properties of filling slurry of Gobi sand are superior to those of rod-mill sand.The filling slurry rheological properties of the two kinds of aggregates are basically the same when the pipe diameter is greater than 130 mm,while the filling slurry rheological properties of Gobi sand aggregate are better than those of rod-mill sand aggregate when the pipe diameter is less than 130 mm and the mass concentration is less than 82%.The results also indicate that the pipeline transportation bears no change when the rod-mill sand is replaced by Gobi sand if the slurry mass concentration is less than 82%and the pipe diameter is less than 130 mm.But if high concentration and large diameter transportation pipeline are adopted,the pipeline transportation of Gobi sand filling slurry is better than that of rod-mill sand.Accordingly,it is feasible to replace rod-mill sand aggregate with the cheap Gobi sand aggregate in the filling mining of Jinchuan Mine,which can reduce the filling mining cost and improve the filling mining economic benefits.
