湖北省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例实验室检测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析湖北省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例的实验室检测结果,为更好地检测人禽流感疑似病例标本提供参考。方法对患者的不同病程、不同种类的标本进行实验室检测并进行分析。结果我省首例人感染H5N6禽流感确诊病例只有前期的痰液标本检测到H5N6核酸,其它时间未检测到。结论疑似人感染H5N6禽流感病例标本采集一定多样化,而且一定采集到初期的痰液标本。 We analyzed the laboratory detection results from the first case of human infected with avian influenza (H5N6) in Hubei Province, in order to provide a better basis for preventing and controlling human avian influenza in the future and a de- tected strategy for the detection of suspected cases of human avian influenza for the staff in the laboratory. The case data of ep- idemiological survey and related laboratory detection results of specimens of infection virus from the different time piont and kinds of specimens were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. The H5N6 nucleic acid from the only early sputum specimens were detected, and while the others were not detected. In conclusion the different specimens of the doubtful HSN6 case should be collected, and the early sputum samples are very important and should be collected and detected.
