摘要
如何提升高校科研团队的绩效已成为管理人员关注的焦点,对其进行研究具有重要的理论意义及应用价值。研究者从团队建设、科研成果创造量、科研成果质量、知识传播能力和制度建设五个维度选取若干指标评价高校科研团队的绩效,并运用层次分析法(AHP)构建指标体系。力求保证其科学性、合理性、可行性、便捷性,为高校各级部门能够公正、客观和全面地开展科研团队的绩效管理提供一定的依据和思路。
How to promote scientific research teams' performance in universities has increasingly become the focus of researchers in the field of management. There existed capital theoretical meaning and practical value in making research and analysis on it. Hence, defining the meaning of related concepts and selecting a number of indicators from five dimensions to evaluate the performance of scientific research teams in universities, which were team building, amount of scientific research achievements created, quality of scientific research achievements, knowledge dissemination ability as well as institutional construction. In addition, constructing indicator system in the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) so as to make it scientific, reasonable, feasible, convenient, while looking forward to providing some basis and thoughts for departments at all levels in universities to carry out performance management of scientific research teams not merely fairly, objective, but comprehensively as well.
