舒适护理干预对妇产科肿瘤手术患者焦虑和抑郁影响的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of Comfortable Nursing Intervention on the Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Obstetrics and Gynecology Tumor Surgery

目的:分析舒适护理干预对妇产科肿瘤手术患者焦虑和抑郁影响的效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年7月来本院妇产科就诊确诊并行手术治疗的肿瘤患者106例,随机分为舒适护理组和常规护理组,每组各53例。常规护理组患者采用常规护理,舒适护理组患者在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理,并对两组护理前后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及患者和家属对护理工作的满意度进行比较分析。结果:干预前,两组的SAS和SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(t=0.615、0.802,P>0.05);干预后,舒适护理组SAS和SDS评分分别为(37.40±6.12)分和(40.83±10.42)分,明显低于常规护理组的(58.93±13.85)分和(60.15±12.75)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=11.965、11.032,P<0.01)。舒适护理组患者及家属对护理工作的满意度为92.45%,明显高于常规护理组的75.47%,两组满意度比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.162,P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可明显降低妇产科肿瘤患者术后的焦虑和抑郁情绪,并可提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective： To analysis the comfortable nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients with obstetrics and gynecology tumor surgery effect.Method： 106 patients with tumor in obstetrics and gynecology hospital diagnosed parallel surgical treatment were selected from January 2014 to July 2016, they were randomly divided into the comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group, 53 cases in each group.Routine nursing group was treated by routine nursing care, comfortable nursing group was treated by routine nursing based on implement comfortable nursing.Before and after nursing, the anxiety rating scale score （ SAS ） and depression self rating scale （ SDS ） score, the patients and families to comparative analysis of nursing job satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result ： Before intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of two groups patients were no statistically significant differences （t=0.615, 0.802; P〉0.05 ） .After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in comfortable nursing group were respectively （ 37.40 ± 6.12 ） scores and （ 40.83± 10.42 ） scores, significantly lower than the routine nursing group of （ 58.93 ± 13.85 ） scores and （ 60.15±12.75 ） scores, the differences were statistically significant （t= 11.965, 11.032; P〈0.01 ） .Comfortable nursing group of patients and their families to nursing job satisfaction was 92.45%, significantly higher than routine nursing group of 75.47%, the difference was statistically significant （ χ2=5.162, P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Comfortable nursing can obviously reduce postoperative anxiety and depression of obstetrics and gynecology tumor patients, and can improve the patients and their families to the nursing job satisfaction, it is worth to be widely applied clinically.
