食管裂孔疝腹腔镜术后并发症的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of the complications after laparoscopic repair of hiatal hernia

目的观察腹腔镜下修补术治疗食管裂孔疝的术后并发症发生情况,并探讨相应的护理策略。方法选择2010年6月至2015年6月,在临沂市康复医院住院的41例实施腹腔镜下修补术治疗食管裂孔疝患者的临床资料,观察患者术后并发症的发生情况,并采用相应的护理措施干预。结果 41例食管裂孔疝患者行腹腔镜下修补术均获得成功,无一例中转开腹或开胸手术,手术时间40~120 min,平均(63±16)min,平均术后住院时间3~8 d,随访3~36个月,共有4例患者出现术后并发症,发生率为9.8%,但所有并发症给予相应处理后均好转痊愈,无一例患者术后复发。结论腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术后有一定比例的并发症发生,给予有效的护理干预措施是预防及治疗术后并发症的关键。

Objective To observe the complications after laparoscopic repair of hiatal hernia, and to discuss the nursing intervention in view of those complications. Methods 41 hiatal hernia patients who underwent laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair from June 2010 to June 2015 in Linyi Rehabilatation hospital were enrolled in this study. Their postoperative complications were observed and the nursing interventions were performed. Results All 41 patients＇ operations were successfully completed without any conversion. The operation time was 40 to 120 minutes, and the postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 8 days. After the total follow-up of 3 to 36 months, 4 out of 41 patients developed postoperative complications （complications rates 9.8% ） , but all of them were improved or cured after corresponding treatments and nursing measures. And no recurrence was found. Conclusion There are a few complications after laparoseopic repair of hiatal hernia, and the effective nursing interventions is the key to prevent and treat those complications.
