成人睾丸畸胎瘤扭转合并先天性腹股沟疝误诊为嵌顿疝一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,46岁,因左腹股沟可复性包块30年,不能还纳伴疼痛2 d于2016年1月27日收入院。既往体健。体格检查：腹平软,左下腹可及压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,全腹叩诊呈鼓音,肠鸣音4~5次/min。立位时,左侧腹股沟可见梨型包块,质中,大小约10 cm×5 cm,进入阴囊,无法回纳入腹,触痛明显。左侧腹股沟包块透光试验（-）,
