摘要
详细分析热电偶使用后中间导体的形成机理,并根据实测数据分析高温热电偶测量误差的产生原因。根据热电偶中间导体定律可知,热电偶局部变质部分只要存在温差,就会产生测量误差。采用对调焊接等处理方式,不仅可消除热电偶长期使用带来的示值误差、减少热电偶的消耗,而且可提高产品质量。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of the intermediate conductor, and reasons of measuring errors of the pyrometer couple. Based on intermediate conductor law, the local metamorphic part existing the temperature difference thermocouple, thermocouple based on intermediate conductor law will produce measurement errors. The reversed welding processing, not only eliminates the long-term use of the thermocouple error, the thermocouple consumption is reduced, and the product quality is improved, and achieved good economic benefits.
