Application Research of PLM in Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Industry

从盘点单、编码原则、销售订单、生产管理水平等方面分析了装备制造企业在经营中所遇到的问题,并针对所存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案,同时结合企业的实际现状,从业务流程分析设计、业务流程配置、CAD接口开发、系统测试四个方面着手,描述了PLM平台的从业务流程分析、系统设计、接口代码开发过程,勾画出企业产品研发生命周期管理平台的构建过程。实践证明,PLM的使用缩短了生产周期,增加了企业的经济效益。

From the inventory list, encoding principle, sales orders, production management and other aspects of the equipment manufacturing enterprises encountered in the operating problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions for the existing problems, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, analysis and design from the business process, business process configuration, CAD interface development the test system theses four aspects,describes the PLM platform from the business process analysis, system design, interface code development process,outline the construction of enterprise product development lifecycle management process. Practice has proved that the use of PLM shortens the production cycle and increases the economic efficiency of enterprises.
