为改善煤矿瓦斯抽放泵的工作性能,保证抽放泵正常运行,通过分析水垢形成原因,指出水垢对设备运行效率的影响,提出了化学药物除垢法以及使用电子除垢仪的处理方法,从而解决了抽放泵运行效率低的问题,满足了生产的实际需要。

In order to improve the performance of coal mine gas drainage pump, drainage pump to ensure the normal operation, through the analysis of causes of scale, pointed out the influence of scale on equipment running efficiency,this paper puts forward chemical descaling method and processing method for the use of electronic descaling instrument, so as to solve the low efficiency of drainage pump operation, to meet the the actual production needs.
