摘要
目的:建立同时测定复方五仁醇胶囊中12个木脂素类成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温为30℃;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,体积流量为1 m L/min;检测波长为217 nm。结果:12个木脂素成分分别在0.104~3.12、0.0054~0.162、0.0042~0.126、0.0212~0.636、0.028~0.84、0.0045~1.35、0.01246~0.3738、0.0227~0.681、0.00327~0.0981、0.0208~0.624、0.0536~1.608和0.00448~0.1344μg进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r≥0.9998)。结论:所建立的一测多评方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于复方五仁醇胶囊质量评价。
Objective: To establish a quality evaluation method of Compound Wurenchun Capsules (复方五仁醇胶囊, CoWRC) by HPLC-DAD. Methods: A HPLC method was set up. The analysis was achieved with a Symmetry Cls column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) by gradient elution of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid in water at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the detection wave length was set at 217 nm. Results: These twelve components showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.104-3.12, 0.0054-0.162, 0.0042-0.126, 0.0212- 0.636, 0.028-0.84, 0.0045-1.35, 0.01246-0.3738, 0.0227-0.681, 0.00327-0.0981, 0.0208-0.624, 0.0536-1.608, and 0.00448-0.1344 μg (r ≥ 0.9998), respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is accurate, sensitive, and reproducible, it can be used for overall quality evaluation of CoWRC.
