芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤致慢性肾炎小鼠的干预作用

摘要 目的:研究芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导肾损伤小鼠的干预作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤(80mg/kg)灌胃造成小鼠慢性肾炎模型,通过测定小鼠24 h尿蛋白含量、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、胆固醇、MDA、SOD值、体质量、肾系数的变化值及观察小鼠肾组织的病理变化,考察芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导小鼠肾损伤模型的保护作用。结果:芪萸参方颗粒能明显增加小鼠体质量,减少24 h尿蛋白含量,降低血清肌酐、尿素氮的含量,提高小鼠血清SOD活力,降低小鼠血清MDA含量,减轻肾组织的病理变化。结论:芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导肾损伤小鼠有保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiyushen Granule on the kidney injury in nephrotic mice induced by adenine. Methods: The mice model of gastric chronic nephritis was caused by adenine (80 mg/kg). We investigated the protecting function on the kidney injury in nephrotic mice induced by adenine through the determination of 24h urine protein, serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CRE), cholesterol, MDA, SOD value, the change of the body quality, kidney weight coefficient and the pathological changes of renal tissue in mice. Results: Qiyushen Granule can obviously increase the mice body weight, reduce the content of 2gh urine pro- tein, serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, increase serum SOD activity, reduce serum MDA content, and reduce the renal pathological changes of the organization. Conclusion: Qiyushen Granule shows protective effects on adenine induced renal injury in mice.
