浅谈SIRT1与脑血管疾病、肿瘤及代谢性疾病的关系

The Relationship between SIRT1 and Cerebrovascular Diseases,Tumors,Metabolic Diseases

摘要 SIRT1是Sirtuins家族成员中研究最为深入的一员,参与了基因调控、糖脂代谢、炎症反应等过程,调控人体多种疾病及其预后,特别是在脑卒中、肿瘤、代谢性疾病等老年人的高发疾病上有着重要的影响。本文将从SIRT1与脑血管疾病、肿瘤及相关代谢性疾病的关系进行介绍,揭示SIRT1与多种疾病的内在联系。 SIRT 1 is the most thoroughly studied in the members of Sirtuins family, which has been involved in processes of gene regulation, glycolipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction, regulates various diseases of human body and their prognosis, especially plays an important role in high incidence diseases in elderly people such as cerebral apoplexy, tumors and metabolic diseases. This article would introduce the relationship between SIRT1 and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors and related metabolic diseases, reveal the inherent relation between SIRT1 and various diseases.
