针灸联合综合康复训练对脑卒中恢复期上肢运动功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effects of Acupuncture Combined With Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Upper Limb Motor Function and Daily Living Ability in Patients with Stroke Recovery

目的:探讨在脑卒中恢复期治疗过程中运用针灸联合综合康复训练对提高脑卒中患者上肢运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:将76例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例,对照组在一般神经内科治疗后予以综合康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上再加用针灸治疗,观察两组NIHSS、FMA、Barthel评分情况。结果:治疗后两组患者的NIHSS评分较前有显著下降,FMA、Barthel评分较前有显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的各评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针灸联合综合康复训练能明显提高脑卒中恢复期患者上肢神经运动功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活自理能力,提高了生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the recovery of to use effects of acupuncture plus comprehensive rehabilitation training to improve stroke patients＇ upper limb function and ability of daily life in stroke during the treatment period. Methods： 76 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group, the control group in the general neurology treated by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment combined with acupuncture treatment, observe the scores of two groups ofNIHSS, FMA, and Barthel. Results： After treatment, two groups of patients with NIHSS scores were decreased than before; FMA,Barthel scores were improved（P〈0.05）, and the treatment group after treatment of each score was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the recovery of upper limb motor function in patients with stroke recovery, improve the self-care ability of patients, and improve the quality of life.
