摘要
目的:探讨预防性护理流程在失禁性皮炎(IAD)管理中的实践效果。方法:将120例失禁患者随机分为试验组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组则应用预防性护理流程,比较两组患者IAD的发生率。结果:试验组IAD发生率显著低于对照组(χ~2=12.81,P<0.05);试验组中发生的2例IAD患者经流程继续护理后均得到治愈,无一例发生压疮;而对照组中发生的16例IAD患者经继续常规护理后有9例得到治愈,但仍有5例发生压疮。结论:预防性护理流程可显著降低失禁患者IAD和压疮的发生,提高IAD治愈率及患者的生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the practice effect of preventive nursing process in the management of incontinence dermatitis （IAD）. Methods： 120 cases of incontinence patients were randomly divided into experimental group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the control group received conventional nursing, while experimental group used preventive nursing process, compared the IAD occurrence of two groups. Results： The IAD oc- currence of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （χ^2=12.81, F〈0.05）; the 2 cases of IAD patients in experimental group were cured after continuous process nursing, and no case of pressure ulcer appeared; while in the 16 cases of IAD patients in control group, 9 cases were cured after continuous conventional nursing, but there were still 5 cases of pressure ulcer appeared. Conclusion： Preventive nursing process can significantly reduce the occurrence of IAD and pressure ulcer of incontinence patients, improve the cured rate of IAD and life quality of patients.
