摘要
目的:应用ZTC-Ⅲ型推拿按摩教学考试系统观察测试者■法的力度与频率。方法:采用该系统对49例男生和71例女生进行数据收集,测试者先在人体模型上练习待手法稳定后嘱其操作1min,依此方法分别采集腰部学习前、学习后和实习后不同时间段及实习后头部、小腿部和腰部不同部位的■法参数。结果:腰部不同时间段力度和频率、实习后不同部位力度、男女学生力度和频率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实习后不同部位频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用推拿教学考试系统能客观地、直观地观察到学生推拿手法技能的提高,■法适合于肌肉较丰富部位,男生在推拿方面比女生具有明显优势。
Objective: To observe the strength and frequency of rolling massage with ZTC-Ⅲ massage teaching and examination system. Methods: The manipulation data of 49 boys and 71 girls were collected by the system, the testers practised rolling manipulation on the human body model then operated for lmin after the manipulation was stable, according to this method collected the waist data at different periods of before learning, after learning and after practice, and data at different positions of head, legs and waist after practice. Results: The differences of strength and frequency of waist at different periods, the strength at different positions after practice, the strength and frequency between boys and girls had statistical significance (P〈0.01); there was no statistical difference among the frequency at different positions after practice (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The usage of massage teaching and examination system can objectively and intuitively observe the improvement of students' manipulative skill, rolling massage is suitable for the parts rich in muscle, boys have obvious advantages in massage than girls.
