肘关节骨折术后的系统康复治疗

The Systematic Rehabilitation Treatment for Elbow Joint Fracture after Surgery

目的:探讨早期系统康复治疗在肘关节骨折术后康复的意义。方法:选取32例肘关节骨折患者为研究对象,均行切开复位内固定术治疗,术后进行系统的康复治疗为治疗组,随机选择30例病情情况相似的患者,术后自行功能锻炼为对照组,对两组患者治疗前后Mayo肘关节功能评分进行评定。结果:治疗组术后康复治疗时间为4~16周,平均8.1±3.6周,治疗组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肘关节活动度良好显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期系统康复治疗能减少肘关节术后粘连,加速康复进程,最大限度恢复肘关节功能。

Objective： To investigate the significance of the systematic rehabilitation treatment at early stage in the postoperative rehabilitation of elbow joint fracture. Methods： 32 cases of patients with elbow joint fracture who were treated by open reduction and internal fixation then received systematic rehabilitation treatment after surgery were chosen as treatment group, and 30 cases of patients whose condition were similar and received self functional exercise after surgery were chosen as control group, and evaluated the Mayo elbow score before and after treatment of the two groups. Resuits： The overall length of the postoperative rehabilitation treatment time of treatment group was 4-16 weeks, with an average of 8.14-3.6 weeks, the superior rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）; the activity degree of elbow joint was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Systematic rehabilitation treatment at early stage can reduce the postoperative adhesions of elbow joint, promote the rehabilitation process and maximize the recovery of elbow function.
