超声心动图在慢性心衰分级中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究超声心动图在慢性心衰分级上的应用表现。方法:选取2010年1月~2016年4月在本院就诊,按LVEF<50%、临床诊断为充血性心力衰竭者(CHF)的64例患者作为心衰组,对照组为45例健康人,心衰组再按NYHA(纽约心功能分级)分为代偿组及失代偿组,选取常用超声测量指标,分别测量左室收缩末内径(LVS)、左室舒张末内径(LVD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、右室舒张末内径(RVD)、三尖瓣跨瓣压估测肺动脉收缩压(PASP),并进行比较分析。结果:两组LVS、LVD、RVD、PASP差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);代偿组及失代偿组LVEF、LVS、LVD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RVD、PASP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图对患者心功能状况所作的客观评价,便于临床进行心功能分级诊断,有助于临床评估病情并对症治疗。
