摘要
4G驻留比是反映用户在4G网络上使用感知的重要指标,主要针对GUL组网的场景下为了提升用户感知,进行了4G网络驻留比优化的系统性研究,采用了诸多创新性的优化手段,分别从网络规划、用户迁转、返回技术方案的实施等角度入手,最终成功提升了江苏联通4G驻留比的指标,大大提升了4G用户的感知。
4G residential ratio is the important index reflecting subscriber perception on 4G network. In order to improve subscriber perception in GUL networking scenarios,it researches 4G network residential ratio optimization. Many innovative optimization methods are introduced to improve Jiangsu Unicom 4G residential ratio from the aspects of network planning,subscriber transferring,fast returning user from GSM/UMTS network to LTE network. The subscriber perception is improved greatly.
