装维助手APP的研究与应用

Research and Application of the App for HGU Management

中国联通北京分公司在全面建设全光宽带网络的同时,积极研究智能宽带互联网,结合智能家庭网关的应用,以及北京联通自身运维的需求和用户配置管理需求制订了智能家庭网关手机APP管理接口规范,并开发了统一的安卓和苹果IOS版装维助手APP,实现对不同厂家智能家庭网关的统一管理,满足装维人员为用户快速安装调测智能网关、速率测试并结单,并在终端故障时提供快速诊断手段。

China Unicom Beijing Branch actively studied the intelligent broadband Internet while building all optical network. Combined with the application of intelligent home gateway and the needs of its own operation and maintenance,Beijing Branch developed a smart phone APPhome gateway management interface specification,and developed a unified version of Android and Apple IOS device dimensional mobile phone APP. It can unify the management of the intelligent home gateway of all different manufacturers,and enable staff to provide users with quick installation,rate testing of intelligent gateway,can also provide rapid diagnostic techniques in the terminal failure.
