Research on Billing Strategy of VoLTE

随着Vo LTE的逐步商用成熟,如何解决基于IMS的Vo LTE计费问题成为研究重点,由于Vo LTE业务基于LTE数据承载,并且具有被叫锚定和业务域选择等特性,因此在计费方式上有新增需求。首先介绍Vo LTE计费需求,重点对计费关联、话单删选等关键问题进行了分析,最后对Vo LTE计费策略提出建议。

With the gradual maturity of commercial Vo LTE,how to solve the IMS-based Vo LTE billing issue has become important,due to the Vo LTE business based on LTE data bearer,and has features of anchoring and terminating access domain selection,so the new billing increasing demand. It introduces Vo LTE billing demand,analyzing and focusing on key issues of charging correlation and duplicated CDR filter,finally give the advice of Vo LTE service provisioning and billing strategy.
